When processing personal data, the controller proceeds in accordance with the relevant legislation of the Slovak Republic and with the legislation of the European Union and maximally respects the privacy of the data subjects and the protection of their personal data provided to it and processed.

GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Processing of collected and provided personal data is part of our activity. Without providing personal data and processing it, we would not be able to provide our clients and other data subjects with the required scope.

Processing personal data when subscribing to the newsletter

The personal data of the Data subject that the Operator processes in order to send information about its products and services (newsletter) are: email address of the Data subject.

The legal basis for the processing of such voluntarily provided data is the consent of the Data subject in accordance with § 13 para. 1, par. a) of the Act in conjunction with the provisions of Art. Art. 6 par. 1, par. a) of the Regulation, which can be revoked at any time by clicking on the active link placed at the end of each newsletter or upon written request sent to the Operator’s email address.

Personal data will be processed for the duration of the Data subject’s interest in sending the Operator’s newsletter, ie for the duration of the purpose of their processing. The processing of personal data of the Data subject may be entrusted to the Provider, who ensures or manages the newsletter campaigns for the Operator, or the Provider, who provides the Operator with a technical solution for the management of newsletter campaigns.

There will be no automated decision making or profiling of the data subject, and the Operator does not intend to provide personal data to a third country, international organization or third parties, except for the Intermediary.

In particular, the data subject has the right to request from the Controller access to his / her personal data, their correction or deletion, or limitation of processing, the right to object to processing, the right to transfer data to another controller and the right to file a complaint with and / or the Broker proceeds in the processing of personal data in violation of the Regulation and / or the Act.

The newsletter is not primarily intended for visitors under 16 years of age.

Processing of personal data using contact forms

The personal data of the Data subject that the Operator as an intermediary processes and sends to the Operator designated in the relevant contact form are: name and surname, telephone number and e-mail address of the Data subject, or other information voluntarily provided by the Data subject. Personal data that will be voluntarily provided to another controller in the context of the use of the contact form will not be published and serve solely to answer the question or suggestion of the Data subject by the given operator.

The legal basis for the processing of such data is the consent of the Data subject in accordance with § 13 para. 1, par. a) of the Act in conjunction with the provisions of Art. Art. 6 par. 1, par. (a) of the Regulation, which may be revoked at any time upon request to the controller processing such data.

Personal data will be processed until the response of the person asked by the question or suggestion sent via the contact form, ie for the duration of the purpose of their processing.

In particular, the data subject shall have the right to request from the relevant data controller access to his personal data, their rectification or erasure, or restriction on processing, the right to object to processing as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection. violation of the Regulation and / or Law.

BASIS FOR PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

The current legislation makes it possible to process personal data on the basis of the law (ie without the consent of the data subject) or with the consent of the data subject.

Processing of personal data by law means that even without your consent, we may process your personal data for the purposes of our business. The basis for such processing of your personal data is the relevant legislation applicable to our activity (service).

If there is no legal reason to process personal data without your consent, we will only process your personal data with your consent.

DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

Your personal data processed by us may also be processed by third parties, provided that this is necessary to fulfill our obligation to you, our clients or to provide our services. When choosing these partners we always make sure that a high standard of protection of your personal data is guaranteed.

The personal data of the data subject may be processed in the countries of the European Union and in countries which are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The transfer of personal data may only take place to third countries whose legal regime considers the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data.

The operator processes your personal data either manually or using electronic systems. The operator has taken all necessary and necessary measures, not only of a technical, but also of a personnel and control nature, to ensure that the level of protection of your personal data is as high as possible.

RIGHTS OF THE PERSON CONCERNED

The person concerned shall have the right:

  • require the operator to have access to personal data relating to the data subject,
  • to rectify or erase or restrict the processing of personal data,
  • to object to the processing of personal data
  • the portability of personal data,
  • file a complaint or motion to initiate proceedings to the Supervisory Authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection,
  • withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
